Hi there, my name is Elfriede but everybody calls me Jasmine.



I’m a Vancouver Island based photographer, with a love for landscapes, natural light, and all life's little moments. To me, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a moment and turning that moment into a lasting piece of art.

Although landscapes will always have a place in my heart, I find great fulfillment in translating my skills into client-based work. Since starting my career, I’ve been hired to capture surprise proposals, family photo shoots, lifestyle content as well as numerous other business, branding and Real Estate needs. I also recently recieved my Advance Drone Certificate from Transport Canada.

Outside of photography, I am a proud wife, dog mom and outdoor enthusiast. I love to travel, meet new people, and continuously seek to learn new things. If you browse my work you'll notice one thing: I haven't settled on a niche in photography — nor do I intend to. I love the thrill and challenge that comes with shooting new subject matter and believe it's what continues to push me to learn and grow.
